Mortgage Appraisal Fee

First Liberty Bank wants to make it as easy as possible for you to complete the application process. Therefore we offer you the convenience of paying the required Appraisal fee online using your checking or savings account.

By proceeding with payment you acknowledge you have submitted your loan application, and have been provided a Good Faith Estimate or other written documentation that contains estimated credit costs and transaction terms of your new loan. You also acknowledge you have reviewed the Good Faith Estimate/written estimate and indicate your intent to proceed by submitting payment for your appraisal.

Pay by Checking/Savings Account

Disclosures:

• DO NOT use this service to make a payment on an existing FLB loan.
• Payments can only be made once the appropriate Mortgage documents have been received by FLB.
• Payments made after 6 p.m., weekends and holidays will be effective the next business day.
• Any disputed transaction will result in payment reversal from your loan and may result in a delay in processing your mortgage application.
• Please retain a copy of the supplied receipt page as proof payment.
